Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I respectfully request the disclosure of the following information concerning the placement of tenants in temporary accommodation (including, but not limited to, hotels, B&Bs, and other temporary housing units) due to works required on their existing council-owned property, specifically those works intended to facilitate a resident's continued occupation of the property.The focus of this request is on decants required for planned permanent structural modifications or extensions to the property, such as:*Ground-floor extensions for additional bedrooms.*The installation of a ground-floor or disabled-access bathroom.*Other significant permanent internal/external adaptations (e.g., lift installation) where the property is uninhabitable during the works.Please provide the following data covering the period from 1st January 2015 to the date of your response.1. Temporary Accommodation Placements and CostsPlease provide the following information, broken down by financial year (or calendar year, if financial year data is not held):MetricLast 10 Years (2015-present)A1.
